A Visit from Devy Geentilal

Tuesday 20th May 2025 was a very special day for our Year 6 cohort. We know SATS has just finished so we thought it would be great for our children to be able to link their assessments with future employment - this is where Devy comes in.

Devy is not just a coding genius who works for the major telecommunications brand, CISCO, she is also a Southall resident born and bred. Devy shared her story of growing up in the local community and her journey from Havelock to technical superstardom (plus she's Pari in Year 4's aunt!).

Thank you Devy for taking the time out to speak to our children and answer their questions. Mr F firmly believes that our children have to see examples of what they would like to be in the future, Devy embodies this.
