Chiswick Book Festival

We are so proud of how creative and talented our writers are here at Dairy Meadow, now they are starting to receive recognition outside of the borough!

Under the tutelage of Miss Spilsted, our loquacious ex-Year 6's (now Year 7's) had poems entered into the Chiswick Book Festival, and guess what?! Three of them received commendations! Well done to Hargun, Hunarpreet and Krish who were able to collect their prizes from the festival director Torin Douglas and the author/screenwriter Daisy Goodwin.

Their poems are now on display on the stairwell in the Chiswick branch of Waterstones!
