Fit Futures Tag Rugby Festival

Wednesday 18th June 2025 saw Head Coaches Spilsted and Kapoor (alongside waterboy Feldman) to the first ever Fit Futures Tag Rugby Festival at Ealing Trailfinders. Captained by Iva and Sulaiman, the two Dairy Meadow teams were impressive - chalking up wins against Vicars Green and East Acton.

The tournament was a culmination of the five week tuition programme our young scrum halves completed alongside Julia and Kira of the Trailfinders Womens team. Despite a slightly shaky start, we were soon passing backwards, grabbing tags and breaking through our opponents lines. A special mention must go to Anjli and Agamveer, our top try scorers, who dazzled with their mazy runs and lightning fast reflexes.

Captain Sulaiman summed it up best:

It was a thrilling and mind-opening experience. It allowed us to socialize with other schools and do a brand new activity as we don't usually have a chance to play tag rugby and compete in a tournament
