Free First News resources
At Dairy Meadow we use First News as a resource to raise our children's cultural capital by learning more about the world around them. We are pleased to announce that all of our young journalists can access the online site from home!
They are child-friendly news articles that allow children to become informed and knowledgeable about the world around them.
Your child will receive for FREE:
- Daily news from around the world
- archive of 52 searchable editions
- 10 weekly interactive & shareable games and puzzles linked to the week’s news
- A video platform hosting award-winning short film content, all connected to world news and current affairs
