Havelock Community Picnic

It's such beautiful weather outside at the moment that it would be a shame not to enjoy some al-fresco eating! The only thing that could improve the experience is if we shared the afternoon with some of our local community!

Community Picnic and Wellbeing Activities

3.30pm – 6.30pm Thursday 13th July 2023

Bring a picnic and join us to explore the improved towpath, take part in some free wellbeing activities, see the community garden designs, explore the programme of wellbeing activities on offer this summer, relax and enjoy the wellbeing benefits of being by the water.  All ages welcome.

Free activities include*:

Bird box making, on the water fun (either canoeing or kayaking), wellbeing activities (yoga, movement and mindfulness),  a treasure hunt, seed planting and Dr Bike.
