Jumpsec Cybersecurity Visit

For a number of years now we have had the pleasure of welcoming JUMPSEC in to work with our students in Upper Key Stage 2. JUMPSEC are one of the UK's leading cybersecurity specialists and gave up their time to talk to our children about a wide range of issues surrounding being safe online.

Friday 3rd October 2025 saw our friends: Lucy, Catrina, Farah and Matt come in to share some of their experiences of the cybersecurity sector and how they came to be employed within it! It was so inspiring for our next generation of computer scientists to see the future versions of themselves, as well as hear about the skills that they use daily being able to pave the way for future employment.

The talks were as follows:

Lucy: Digital footprints.

Farah: Internet vs Reality.

Matt: Spotting online scams.

Catrina: Safety within online games.
