Reading in Reception Classes

We all know how important it is to read. It's even more fun when you have an audience to read to! I know I love putting on accents and acting out the text that's in front of me.

To promote our next generation of actors and public speakers, every Wednesday morning, parents are invited into Reception to spend some time reading with their children.

This encourages children to take pleasure in reading and the enjoyment is clear!  Thank you parents for making the effort to join us on reading Wednesday and we look forward to welcoming more each week!
