STEMbiotics Workshop

 Today we were lucky to have a visit from Jack, who works for Hyett Education. He came in to work with our Key Stage 2 children to demonstrate the links between coding and robotics. Our children were able to build and program robots through the creation of an algorithm. They then used an IPad to control the robots movement along a zig zag track. With robots being a key component of work at nearby Heathrow Airport, maybe we have the next generation of engineers in our midst?

Massive 'Thank You' to Mrs Sahota for organising. It was amazing to see the SkillsBuilder targets of Teamwork, Staying Positive and Listening in operation.
