Self-Care Invite for Parents and Carers

I'm sure everyone is feeling the stresses and strains at the moment as we end another busy, yet successful, year here at Dairy Meadow. 

We invite all parents and carers to join our school counsellor, Nora, for a guided face massage and some hints and tips on how to look after yourself and maintain a healthy self care routine.

The event will be held on Tuesday 11th July 2023 from 9.00-10.00am here at Dairy Meadow.
