Tennis Workshops - Years 1,2 and 3.

On Tuesday 15th July 2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming Gareth Richman from the Elena Baltacha Foundation to our school. Elena Baltacha was a former British number one tennis player and paved the way for Emma Radacanu, Heather Watson and others.

Gareth worked with all children from Years 1,2 and 3 on a manner of games and ball skills related to tennis. He focused on never giving up and always improving yourselves - all the teachers involved saw great progress in the short space of time he worked with our young athletes.

The Elena Baltacha Foundation will be delighted to see Dairy Meadow students continue their own tennis journey and have enclosed the following details of venues in your area - where play can continue for them.
