Water Safety Assemblies

This week at Dairy Meadow our children have been learning how to stay safe around water. This was down to Mrs Ali organising a wonderful assembly with the Canal and River Trust.

Considering there are over 2000 miles of waterways in the UK and our wonderful school is right next to the Grand Union Canal, it's important that we make the most of this unique feature. Whether it be walking, cycling, kayaking or observing nature, it's imperative that we use the water safely.

Mrs Ali is also running an amazing competition to do with water safety. Check out the Geography curriculum area for more information.
