Willow Class Assembly

The morning of Friday 30th September 2022 saw a packed house in the hall as our first class assembly of the year was delivered with aplomb by Willow Class.

Their topic was the 'Shang Dynasty' - The Shang ruled from 1600 to 1046 B.C. and heralded the Bronze Age in China. They were known for their advances in maths, astronomy, artwork and military technology. Mrs Surai had clearly briefed the children well in their History topic of Dynamic Dynasties as her children delivered a perfect and informative presentation that touched on the concepts of: hierarchy, education, peasantry, invention and the role of women within a culture far removed from ours.

Well done Willow Class - we are all so proud of you.
