Year 5 Old Vic Performance!

The famous actor (and star of my favourite film, The Hustler) Paul Newman once said: "To be an actor, you first have to be a child." I'm not overly sure what that means, but what I do know is that the children in Year 5 have proved themselves to be amazing actors and actresses.

On Wednesday 4th December 2024 - the culmination of a 10 week project with the Old Vic theatre came into fruition as our children expertly performed the play 'The Present'. There were so many stand out performances that it would be unfair to single individuals out. We were visited by Tom Latham from the Old Vic who was stunned by the professionalism, talent and ability of our young actors.

A massive thank you to Miss Spilsted and Mrs Surai for leading on this - it truly was a memorable afternoon's entertainment.
