Year 6 - Sky Studios

Thursday 12th September 2024 was an awesome day for Elm Class as they visited Sky Studios in Isleworth. Everyone knows about some of the great television Sky produces (Sky Sports News is my particular favourite) and the cutting edge technology that is associated with the company (Sky Glass).

Our young media stars of the future were able to gain first hand experience on a range of skills that are used in tv and film production. We had: directors, presenters, editors and camera operators all using the 3 C's of Creativity, Collaboration and Confidence. Our future superstars were able to produce an amazing series of news reports based around the topic of wellbeing.

I'll post the videos here when Sky have edited them! Oak will be going next week.
